Full Charge Bookkeeping – including deposits, A/P, A/R, preparation of accounts for CPA submittal; may include billing directly to clientele of business
After-the-Fact Bookkeeping – data entry of checking, credit, loan accounts; preparation of accounts for CPA submittal
Payroll services – includes processing of payroll (frequency dependent on client); processing of payroll taxes; quarterly payroll reports; annual payroll reports
1099 processing (subcontractor forms)
Sales Tax – preparation of prepayments and quarterly or annual sales tax reports
Consulting/Training – working with existing staff to answer questions, concerns, etc. to allow for continued processing of paperwork on-site
HOA – work with HOA boards to maintain financial accounts, budget, process Annual mailer packets; annual dues coupon booklets
